Agriform offers typical cheeses from Veneto and other Italian regions, partnering with some of the most important cooperative dairies in Northeastern Italy.
In September 2019, we started thinking about how we could tell, in a meaningful way, about the work that culminates in our products. This is how the project “Stories of People, Lands and Cheeses” came to life, with which we want to show traditional dairy processes revisited in a modern key, wonderful places, a lot of hard work and, above all, the passion and love for cheese that have allowed our large family to reach all over the world.
Four of our cheesemakers have volunteered to tell us about their work and their story in a journey through the cheeses and territories of Northern Italy.
